Carly is one of the SU’s four Sabbatical Officers (Sabbs) that represent the voice of UAL students, to the University and other organisations.  They work to improve the UAL student experience and push for change.  The Sabbs work together on campaigns, development and strategic direction of the SU and act as Trustees of the organisation; making sure we are meeting the needs of students.

Carly was SUARTS’ Culture & Diversity Officer in 08/09 and was re-elected for this year.  She graduated from LCF in 2008 having studied FdA Specialist Make Up Design for Film & TV.  Before that she completed the Image Styling for performance Diploma at LCF.

Camden Town / Wimbledon

Where do you want to be in five years time?  
Running my own events company having travelled the world and lived life to the full.

Was yesterday better than today?
No- how can you look at life like that?

What items could you not go without during the day? 
Mascara and perfume

Do you think less is more? 
Sometimes.

Have you ever crawled through a window?
Haaaaa yes! Who hasn’t?! I used to have to break in to my own house quite regularly.

What’s your favourite colour?
Pink

If you were invisible for a day what would you do?
Sit in on various University senior level meetings to find out what’s going on / rob a bank
