Arts Legends Weekend. Arts Fc Alumni vs Arts Fc, Arts Netball Alumni vs Arts Netball, Arts Hockey Alumni vs Arts Hockey, Arts Rugby Alumni vs Arts Rubgy. Who will come out triumphant? We shall find out on the 15th May 2010... Come and show your support

The Sporting Event of the year is fast approaching and the anticipation and excitement is nearly at boiling point.  120+ current and alumni students return to face the biggest test of the season, and to earn the bragging rights of becoming crowned champions.

12pm - Arts Legends Rugby vs Arts Rugby

1.30pm - Arts Legends Hockey vs Arts Hockey

2.30pm - Arts Legends Netball vs Arts Netball

3.30pm - Arts Legends Football vs Arts Football

The Day, The Evening, The Memories

Who will become champion?  The old or the new? Past or Present?  Its set to be a cracking day, with the sun shinning, the adrenaline flowing and no doubt a countless amount of beer and wine.

Starting at 12pm, Rugby kick things off, giving them the maximum amount of time in the bar!  Players from Japan, France, Wales and Scotland are flying in just for this event and i can tell you now, they will not be pushed over.

Hockey then takes centre stage at 1.30pm on the waterbased astro, where expectations are high!  A short trip from Denmark for one of the Legends wouldnt get in the way of him taking part.

Onto the big netball game at 2.30pm and the battle continues.  With Coach and creator of Arts Netball returning to the court to represent the Old Girls, it surely will be a match too tough to call.

While the others now have had ample time to swig down a few beers, the Mens Football legends bring the sports day to a climax, with journeys from Holland and Denmark not putting off two of the competitors.  

Winners or Losers, it doesnt matter, the day is over and now its onto the important part of the day.

After being fed (5.30pm - 6.30pm) and showered at the ground, its time to move onto LCC Darkroom bar for awards and drinks.  Want to see what happened on the day?  Then keep an eye on the big screen where we shall have highlights of all the matches shown.  Laugh, Cry and applaud the talent on screen to cap a memorable night.

Tickets

Players Tickets - £20 - These should be bought through your respective captain.  This ticket gets you to play in the match, hot food after the matches, a personalised t-shirt and entry to the Darkroom Afterparty.

Spectator Tickets - £5 - These can be bought from the Students' Union office or on the day at the grounds.  This ticket does not include hot food but gains you entry into the Darkroom afterparty.

After Party Tickets - £3 - These can be bought on the night at Darkroom Bar.
