Artistic Jihad, 5 - 15 April 2011

Platform was proud to host the Artistic Jihad exhibition, organised by UAL's Islamic Society in collaboration with FOSIS. With the aim to showcase upcoming Muslim artists and build a supporting network of artists within the Muslim community, over 200 works were submitted and the 20 successful pieces were shown at the Platform CSM gallery, before going on tour around the UK. The Private View was a big success with over 150 guests and speakers from Fosis and the Editor of Emel, the Muslim community's largest magazine.
